Yogya - by train to Tumpak sewu Mt Bromo and Ijen tour 4 days 3 nights  
Experiencing waterfalls in Tumpak sewu allows you to feel the beauty of nature, clear and fresh water, green and dense tropical vegetation while The active volcano Mt. Bromo  and Ijen are probably Java's best known and most touristic mountain .

ITINERARY

Day 01. Yogya by train to Surabaya – Malang ( kampong tour )  - Tumpak sewu Village 
From Yogyakarta you will take Sancaka executive train depart at 06.45 and arrival in Surabaya at 10.45. You will be picked up at Gubeng train station surabaya. In approximately two hours you will reach Malang city, a great place to stop for stretching your leg by visiting local kampong in Malang. We continue our trip to the village near Tumpak sewu, having rest or swimming at your hotel.

Overnight at : Artha cottage - swimming pool

Day 02. Tumpak sewu  - View point of Semeru in Supit urang - Mount Bromo 
Explore the area surrounding tumpak sewu Jeep. We will take you off the beaten track and to the most scenic points. Overlooking the semeru - lava flow path. We will start with a visit to the Pine forest. On a clear day, it is possible to see most of scenic side of Mount semeru, The lava flow created a path in the body of the mountain. The road up there can be bumpy, but the Jeep will make it a smooth and easy drive allowing you to enjoy the scenery. Back to hotel for breakfast and prepare for the next program to Tumpak sewu falls. Tumpak Sewu Waterfall offers spectacular natural beauty. This waterfall is about 120 meters high, has clear and fresh water, and is surrounded by green and dense tropical vegetation.You need to walk about 20-30 minutes to reach the waterfall. enjoying the beauty of nature. After we finish the entire program we will travel for about 4 hours to Mt Bromo.

Day 03. Mount Bromo sunrise tour By Jeep – Bondowoso ( the nearest city to ijen - 2 hrs drive ) 
You will have to wake up early morning as the sun is an early bird too. 03.00 o'clock in the morning is an outstanding moment to have a cup of coffee or tea. Then you will depart for a 40 minutes drive to Mt. Pananjakan. Mt. Pananjakan is the highest viewpoint in the area to see the sunrise. Weather conditions determine the sea of color that you are going to see. Once the sun warmed you up - as it is cold at the top, between 0 and 10 ºC - you will meet your driver again.
It is time to visit the eye-catching volcano itself, Mt. Bromo. You will cross the Sea of Sand (please stop if you wish). The last part to the crater, you will have to walk. It will take about 45 minutes to get to Bromo's crater rim. Take a look in its mouth, enjoy the surroundings and inhale the morning freshness. Take your time.
Once back at your Jeep, you will return to your hotel to have breakfast and check out. Then you continue by private car via a winding road that leads you over the hill Ara-Arak to either Bondowoso . Have your lunch (not included) at a spot with some beautiful views.

Day 04. Ijen trekking – Ketapang (ferry port to Bali)
Having coffee or tea before depart to Paltuding. It will be around midnight that you depart if you would like to see the once in a lifetime experience: the blue fire. As it can only be seen at night, you will start hiking at around 02.00 am in the morning. Your local guide is waiting for you with gas masks. If you don't wish to see the blue fire, you will depart around 04.00 am. You can discuss a convenient time with your driver. Paltuding is the point from where your hike starts to Ijen crater lake. It takes a little longer than one hour to trek the 3 km to the top. On the edge of the crater you can enjoy a colorful panorama. While looking at the greatest acidic lake in the world, you will see many sulphur miners busy with most heavy loads. They carry a weight between 80 and 100 kg up the rim and then down the slopes of Mt. Ijen to the sulphur weiging area. You can visit this sulphur weighing area once back at the parking lot. 
After a short break with coffee or tea and maybe a local snack, then refresh up by visiting water falls then you continue to Ketapang where you can take the ferry to Bali.
